Volvo Car India targets around 50 percent of its sales from EVs by 2025, with a global mandate of going fully electric by 2030. The company is experiencing an improvement in supply situation which will help it deliver cars faster to customers when the C40 Recharge gets launched in August 2023.

Swedish carmaker Volvo, which has a global mandate of becoming an all-electric car company by 2030, is aiming for half of its sales to comprise EVs by 2025. The company has unveiled its second EV - the C40 Recharge - in the Indian market to achieve this target.
