Tata Motors, which is India's No. 3 carmaker, has introduced the all-new Curvv coupe-SUV which will tap into the opportunity for a dynamic, and emotional product in the midsize SUV segment in the country.

The company, which ideated the design of the Curvv during the pandemic, showcased the concept in April 2022, to finally go to the market with an all-encompassing range of EV and ICE powertrains, including a turbo-petrol, and a diesel mill.

Martin Uhlarik, VP and Global Head of Design, Tata Motors, talks about how the company's three design studios across the UK, India, and Italy, continuously map future trends, and work collaboratively to bring innovative products to the market.

Uhlarik also reveals the company's design evaluation and assessment process with key considerations such as appeal, cost, and manufacturing feasibility in mind.
