Schwing Stetter India targets revenue to grow 20% YoY in 2025
After its presence at bauma CONEXPO 2024, Schwing Stetter India aims for 20% revenue growth in 2025, fueled by new product launches, government infrastructure initiatives, and expanding market demand for construction equipment.
Schwing Stetter India, a prominent manufacturer of concrete construction equipment, has set a target of achieving 20% revenue growth in 2025, following its participation in the bauma CONEXPO 2024 exhibition held in New Delhi.
The company presented more than 45 machines, with 25% of them being newly launched products, including crushers under the material handling category. The showcase also featured upgraded models of construction equipment, concreting machines, and batching plants, displayed at Hall 14, E01.
The company expects steady growth in the concrete construction equipment market in 2025, driven by government infrastructure initiatives and an increase in construction activity following the monsoon season.
V.G. Sakthikumar, Managing Director & Chairman of Schwing Stetter India, commented, “The response to our new product launches, including concrete mixers, pumps, plants, and earth-moving equipment, has been positive. We also received significant orders, which reflects the market’s trust in our solutions.” He added that with the introduction of crushers, Schwing Stetter now offers products across all five major segments of the construction equipment industry.
The company pointed to favorable macroeconomic conditions and global infrastructure investments as key factors contributing to the expected market growth. In India, the ongoing $1.4 trillion investment plan under the National Infrastructure Pipeline, alongside a focus on sustainable construction, is likely to drive further demand for construction equipment.
Schwing Stetter India is on track to surpass ₹5,600 crore in revenue for 2024 and anticipates a 20% growth in 2025. More than 200 employees from the company’s sales, service, and marketing teams attended the event. Additionally, as part of its ongoing efforts to promote gender diversity in the manufacturing and construction sectors, Schwing Stetter featured a trained female technician who conducted live machine demonstrations at the exhibition.
