Royal Enfield has unveiled its new mobile application, designed to enhance user experience by offering customization, community engagement, and ownership-related services.
One of the key highlights of the app is the Make It Yours (MIY) platform, which allows riders to personalize their motorcycles by selecting colors, accessories, and seating configurations directly through their mobile devices. This feature provides greater flexibility to customers before making a purchase at a dealership.
The app also integrates tools for community engagement, enabling users to explore, plan, and participate in Royal Enfield rides alongside fellow enthusiasts. Additionally, it offers practical ownership features such as service booking, maintenance tracking, and offline access to vehicle documents.
Developed in collaboration with Onething Design, a UX/UI agency specializing in digital solutions, the app aims to provide an intuitive and seamless experience while maintaining Royal Enfield’s brand identity.
