Royal Enfield has opened a new spare parts warehouse in Bhiwandi, Thane, aimed at improving service efficiency across western and central India. The 50,000-square-foot facility will stock more than 3,500 different parts to serve over 310 channel partners across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa.
The strategic location, approximately 45 kilometers from Mumbai Airport, is expected to significantly reduce delivery times for spare parts, oil, and lubricants to Royal Enfield service centers throughout the region. This development comes as the Western Ghats and Central India continue to be popular destinations for motorcycle enthusiasts.
"At Royal Enfield, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless and hassle-free ownership experience for our customers," said Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Chief Commercial Officer at Royal Enfield. "Our new warehouse in Bhiwandi is a key step toward enhancing service efficiency across Western and Central India."
The facility incorporates several sustainability features, including digital systems to reduce paper usage, motion-sensor lighting, natural ventilation, and rainwater harvesting systems.
Royal Enfield, established in 1901, has maintained its position as a leader in the mid-size motorcycle segment (250cc-750cc) globally. The company has been expanding its service infrastructure in recent years to support its growing customer base in India, which remains one of its most important markets. This warehouse opening represents the latest step in Royal Enfield's ongoing efforts to improve after-sales support while balancing operational and environmental considerations.
