Reise Moto Launches Acerbis Off-Road Helmets in India

Reise Moto has introduced the Italian-designed Acerbis Profile 4 helmets to the Indian market. The launch, announced on February 11, 2025, in Mumbai, brings these DOT, ECE, and ISI-certified helmets to Indian riders at an MRP of INR 7,999.

The helmets feature ventilation systems, removable padding, and double ring fastening mechanisms. Available in six color options, they incorporate Comfort System padding around the closing strap. The company emphasizes the helmet's weight characteristics in the off-road segment.

Yogesh Mahansaria, Founder and Managing Director of Reise Moto, noted the company's focus on bringing global products to India as the market shifts from commuting to adventure riding. The launch aligns with the growing interest in off-road motorcycling showcased at the recent Bharat Mobility Expo 2025.

The off-road motorcycle segment in India has seen steady growth over the past five years. Industry data shows increasing sales of adventure and dual-sport motorcycles, with manufacturers introducing new models specifically designed for off-road use. This growth has led to expanded demand for specialized riding gear and accessories.

Reise Moto, known for premium tires and motorcycle accessories, has been expanding its product portfolio through partnerships with international brands. The collaboration with Acerbis, an established European manufacturer of motorcycle gear, represents part of this strategy.

The Indian two-wheeler market has been evolving beyond urban commuting, with a noticeable shift toward recreational and adventure riding. Industry analysts attribute this trend to rising disposable incomes, improved road infrastructure, and increasing exposure to global motorcycling culture.

The premium motorcycle gear market in India has grown significantly, with both domestic and international brands competing in various segments. Safety certifications have become a key factor for consumers, particularly in the helmet category, as awareness of safety standards increases among Indian riders.
