Mercedes-Benz has inaugurated its MAR20X luxury showroom in Nagpur, aligning with its global retail strategy transition. According to Santosh Iyer, Managing Director & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India, the company's outstanding performance in 2023, marked by 17,408 units sales, reflects its desirability.
The Central Star Nagpur is the first of 25 facilities in India transitioning to Mercedes-Benz's MAR20X luxury showroom format in 2024. Spanning 3,000+ sq. ft., the showroom features exclusive elements like an EV corner, dedicated delivery bay, hospitality counter, shop wall for boutique display, and a sample studio. Positioned in Nagpur's automobile hub, the showroom offers test drives for all Mercedes-Benz models, including sedans, SUVs, AMGs, and EVs.

The 2S Service facility of 'Central Star Nagpur' includes 6 PMGR bays, 5 body & paint bays, and 1 interactive bay, serving over 1500 customers in the Vidarbha region. Mercedes-Benz, now present in 47 cities with over 124 touchpoints, solidifies its commitment to providing an elevated customer experience and modern luxury retail format through MAR20X.
The inauguration of the MAR20X showroom in Nagpur is part of Mercedes-Benz's broader initiative to transform 25 existing facilities across India to international MAR20X luxury standards, focusing on design, architecture, customer-oriented processes, and digital enhancements. The Sample Studio at the new facility allows customers to explore paint and upholstery samples, while the 'Customer Lounge' offers an exclusive space to experience Mercedes-Benz's top-end vehicles, emphasizing clarity, sensuous curves, and refined rounding in design.
