According to the report, during the last quarter of 2023, Maruti Suzuki Swift garnered 6,227 inquiries, while Baleno received 2,421 inquiries, solidifying their positions as the top choices in the hatchback segment.
The surge in inquiries reflects the growing preference among consumers for online new car purchases. CarLelo has recorded a significant 300% increase in bookings of new cars in CY2023, indicating the popularity of Maruti models among online buyers. With over 5 lakh online users monthly, Maruti vehicles continue to attract strong interest throughout the year.
The Swift, with its exceptional mileage of 22 kmpl and smart technology features like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, remains a top choice among consumers. On the other hand, the Baleno, positioned as a premium offering, boasts elegance and sophistication, setting new benchmarks in its segment with features like a Heads-Up Display and a 360-degree camera, the report shared.
