Indian automaker Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has unveiled the Scorpio-N Carbon Edition to commemorate reaching 200,000 units in sales of their flagship SUV. The new variant builds on the success of the standard Scorpio-N model while introducing exclusive design elements.
The Carbon Edition distinguishes itself with an all-new Metallic Black exterior theme, complemented by dark accents throughout the vehicle. The interior receives a significant upgrade with premium leatherette upholstery featuring contrast stitching and smoked chrome accents, aiming to create a more sophisticated cabin atmosphere.
Available exclusively in the Z8 and Z8L seven-seater configurations, the special edition retains the mechanical specifications of the standard Scorpio-N. The vehicle continues to feature the Adrenox intelligence system and maintains its 5-star Global NCAP safety rating.
Pricing for the Carbon Edition starts at ₹19,19,400 for the base Z8 petrol manual transmission variant, while the top-end Z8 L diesel 4WD automatic transmission model is priced at ₹24,89,100 (all prices ex-showroom). The lineup includes multiple powertrain options across both petrol and diesel engines, offered with manual and automatic transmission choices in both two-wheel and four-wheel drive configurations.
