Mahindra Truck and Bus opens a new dealership in Lakhimpur, focusing on expanded services and customer support initiatives.
Mahindra Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) has opened its 87th dealership in Lakhimpur, Assam, marking a strategic expansion in the northeastern market. The new facility, equipped with four service bays, can handle over 10 vehicles daily and offers comprehensive services including driver lodging and 24-hour breakdown assistance.
The dealership launch comes on the heels of the company's impressive growth, achieving a 46% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in volume over the past three years. Mahindra currently holds the third position in various commercial vehicle market segments in India.
Dr. Venkat Srinivas, Business Head of MTBD, highlighted the company's key product ranges including BLAZO X, FURIO, and CRUZIO commercial vehicles. These models come with unique offerings like a Mileage Guarantee and Double Service Guarantee, designed to enhance value for transporters and dealers.
The company's commitment to technological innovation is evident through its advanced telematics solution iMAXX, which provides real-time monitoring of fuel consumption, driver behavior, and vehicle health parameters. The new dealership represents MTBD's strategy of expanding its service infrastructure and strengthening regional market presence.
