Lohia Auto has expanded its electric vehicle (EV) product portfolio with the launch of its new brand, Youdha. The company aims to manufacture and sell 300,000 units of Youdha vehicles by 2027. Earlier, Lohia Auto announced an investment of ₹200 million to support its expansion plans.
The initial product lineup under Youdha includes L5 electric vehicles, featuring the E5 Passenger and E5 Cargo models. The E5 Passenger model is designed for urban and semi-urban commuting, emphasizing space and efficiency, while the E5 Cargo model offers a sustainable solution for logistics. Through this product portfolio, Youdha aims to address the diverse needs of the E3W (electric three-wheeler) segment and further strengthen its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
The starting ex-showroom price of Youdha’s E5 Passenger model is ₹3.80 lakh. It features a 10 kW battery, providing a claimed range of up to 160 kilometers on a single charge. The vehicle can be fully charged at home within 4-6 hours.
