LANXESS reports 17% growth in sales in FY2023, expects uptick in FY2024

In 2023, LANXESS reduced its net debt from EUR 3.814 billion to EUR 2.498 billion. For year 2024, LANXESS expects EBITDA pre exceptionals to be moderately higher than the 2023.

LANXESS, in FY2023, reported sales of EUR 6.714 billion, marking a 17.0 percent decrease from the previous year. EBITDA pre exceptionals also declined by 44.9 percent to EUR 512 million. Despite these challenges, net income increased to EUR 443 million, driven by portfolio measures.
