KwikFix Auto has launched mobile application KwikFix Auto, which customises its offerings to cater specifically to the user's vehicle needs.
The application has an intuitive interface that allows users to specify their vehicle model. Customers can use the app for a gamut of services such as product offerings and accessories to availing of services such as mechanical maintenance, tyre care, vehicle health check-ups.
"The KwikFix Auto app is designed to offer a hassle-free experience to our users, giving them easy access to a wide array of services, all from the comfort of their homes," said Ravi Chandarana, Co-founder and CEO, KwikFix Auto.
The app also enables easy scheduling of appointments with trained technicians who arrive at the user's doorstep within 90 minutes, to provide the necessary services and can also be used in emergencies such as punctures, battery jump starts, towing assistance, clutch breakdowns, flatbed towing, and even car key emergencies.
"Taking care of a vehicle involves managing numerous aspects - regular maintenance, emergency repairs, and regulatory compliance. Our new app integrates all these elements into a single, easy-to-use platform, saving our customers valuable time and reducing stress," added Manshi Modi Chandarana, Co-founder, KwikFix Auto.
Additionally, the app allows users to track the expiry dates of their PUC, insurance, and other crucial documents, making sure they remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
