Hyundai has launched a new Adventure Edition of the Venue compact SUV, with prices starting from Rs 10.15 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The Venue Adventure Edition gets a new Ranger Khaki colour option along with several other exterior and interior cosmetic updates. It has been made available on three trims – S(O)+, SX and SX(O) – and is only available with petrol engine options. This treatment has previously been offered on the Creta and Alcazar SUVs as well.

Here's a look at the detailed price list of the Venue Knight Edition:

The Venue Adventure Edition gets a blacked-out treatment for the alloy wheels, front and rear skid plates, the roof rails, wing mirrors and the shark fin antenna. It also gets additional side cladding on the doors, and the front brake callipers and finished in red. There’s also an Adventure Edition emblem on the front fender and the Hyundai logo on the grille is also blacked-out.

A blacked-out theme continues on the inside as well, as opposed to the dual-tone grey and black colour scheme seen on the regular Venue. However, there are some sage green coloured inserts that add some contrast. The seats also get Adventure Edition-specific upholstery with sage green highlight, there are new 3D mats and sporty-looking pedals. On the equipment front, Hyundai has also added a dashcam with dual cameras.

Apart from the new Ranger Khaki colour option, the Venue Adventure Edition is available in three more monotone colours – Abyss Black, Atlas White, Titan Grey – and 3 dual tone colours – Ranger Khaki with black roof, Atlas White with black roof, Titan Grey with black roof. The dual-tone colours can be opted for in the SX and SX(O) trims for an additional Rs 15,000.

The Venue Adventure Edition is available with two petrol engine options – the 83hp, 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine with a manual gearbox or the 120hp, 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The former can be had on the S(O)+ and SX trims while the latter can be had in the SX(O) trim. The Adventure Edition is not available on any of the diesel variants.
