Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) announced today the launch of its nationwide Hyundai Smart Care Clinic program, which will run from April 25 to May 6, 2025, across all Hyundai service centers in India.
The campaign offers customers a range of benefits including a free 70-point vehicle checkup, discounts on extended warranty plans, and reduced costs for various maintenance services. With the program running across more than 1,600 service centers countrywide, Hyundai aims to provide convenient access to vehicle care for its customers.
"At Hyundai, we have always prioritized our customers by delivering a seamless and rewarding after-sales experience," said Tarun Garg, Whole-Time Director & Chief Operating Officer at Hyundai Motor India Limited. "The Hyundai Smart Care Clinic is a reflection of our commitment to customer satisfaction, safety and sustainability."
The service benefits include up to 30% discount on extended warranty plans, 15% discount on periodic maintenance services, wheel alignment, balancing, and vehicle beautification. Customers will also receive 10% off on mechanical and air conditioning parts like compressors and condensers, as well as on roadside assistance policies.
Hyundai timed this service campaign to coincide with the onset of summer to help customers prepare their vehicles for hot weather conditions and ensure optimal performance. The company also plans to educate customers about the importance of regular vehicle maintenance.
The Smart Care Clinic represents Hyundai's continued focus on after-sales service in the Indian market, where the company has maintained a strong presence since its entry in 1996. As one of India's leading automobile manufacturers, Hyundai has established an extensive service network that complements its manufacturing facility in Chennai, which produces vehicles for both domestic and export markets.
