Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India inaugurates new Zonal Office in Nagpur
The new office will further enhance the technical skills at the dealership level, adding to better customer service.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has inaugurated a zonal office in Nagpur, with the aim of aims to strengthening its penetration in the state and serving customers in Western India with more than 1100 touchpoints.
The Nagpur Zonal office is a part of HMSI’s Rupantar project and is equipped with the latest digital technology that enables virtual training with a real-time experience. The new office will further enhance the technical skills at the dealership level, adding to better customer service.
The new zonal office was inaugurated by Tsutsumu Otani - President, CEO and Managing Director, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI), Takeshi Kobayashi – Director, Sales and Marketing, HMSI, and Yogesh Mathur – Director, Sales and Marketing, HMSI, amongst others.
Tsutsumu Otani, President, CEO and Managing Director, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India said, “In the last few years, the state of Maharashtra has emerged as a dynamic automotive hub and is one of the biggest priority markets for HMSI. With this new zonal office in Nagpur, we aim to deepen our market connect in the Western region and serve our customers more efficiently.”
HMSI leads the 125cc motorcycle segment with a 65% market share while sustaining a strong 35% overall market share in the state, as per the press release.
