Bookings for these models will open on January 1, 2025, with deliveries scheduled to begin in February 2025.

The company also organized road safety awareness campaigns in nine cities across India, including Hyderabad (Telangana), Guwahati (Assam), Bijapur (Karnataka), Karimnagar (Telangana), Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh), Kollam (Kerala), Alibag (Maharashtra), Jalna (Maharashtra), and Dwarka (Gujarat). These campaigns were aimed at promoting road safety education among the public.

With the introduction of its new electric vehicles, the Activa e: and QC1, the company has marked their entry into the electric mobility segment. The Activa e: represents an electrified version of the widely recognized Activa brand, aimed at combining familiarity with sustainability. Alongside it, the QC1 has been unveiled as an additional offering, broadening HMSI’s portfolio in the growing electric scooter market.

These models are designed to cater to the evolving needs of urban commuters, with a focus on convenience, efficiency, and eco-friendliness. While specific technical details about the Activa e: and QC1 are yet to be fully disclosed, they are anticipated to feature advancements in battery technology, offering optimal performance and reliability. The scooters are expected to address daily commuting requirements, targeting customers who prioritize sustainability without compromising on quality.

With these introductions, HMSI aims to align with India’s increasing shift toward greener mobility solutions.

The launch of these electric models aligns with HMSI’s broader strategy to adapt to market trends and contribute to reducing the carbon footprint in the transportation sector. By offering electric alternatives, the company aims to meet the demands of environmentally conscious consumers while reinforcing its position in the two-wheeler market.
