Eicher secures 100-Unit CNG truck order from Nuniwal Roadways

Eicher Trucks and Buses, a division of VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, has received an order for 100 units of the Eicher Pro 2114XP CNG from Nuniwal Roadways, Gurgaon. This order is part of Eicher's efforts to introduce alternate energy solutions in the commercial vehicle sector.

Nuniwal Roadways, operating since 1996, is active in various segments including CNG Cascade, Telecom, Electronics, Retail, and FMCG. The newly acquired CNG vehicles will be used for CNG fuel distribution across multiple states.

Vinod Aggarwal, Managing Director and CEO of VECV, noted the strengthening relationship with Nuniwal Roadways and highlighted the vehicles' technology, uptime, and fuel efficiency.

Rakesh Yadav, MD & Chairman of Nuniwal Roadways, expressed satisfaction with the partnership, citing the vehicles' alignment with their sustainability goals and operational needs.

The Eicher Pro 2114XP CNG model features a CNG engine with a Domex chassis for higher payload capacity. It includes features such as Fuel Coaching and an auto mileage booster, designed for efficient loading, unloading, and maintenance.

The vehicle is equipped with 'My Eicher', a telematics solution supported by the Eicher Uptime Centre, offering location tracking and real-time vehicle monitoring.

Eicher Trucks and Buses offers a wide range of products in the industry. The company was among the first to introduce fully connected vehicles with advanced telematics, focusing on enhanced fuel efficiency and uptime.
