Delta Unveils New Robotics Line, Fast EV Charger for Indian Market at ELECRAMA 2025

Delta Leadership at ELECRAMA 2025

Delta has launched its new D-Bot series Collaborative Robots (Cobots) for the Indian smart manufacturing market at ELECRAMA 2025 in Noida. The company also unveiled a 240kW DC fast EV charger at the event, designed to support India's sustainable cities initiative.

The D-Bot series Cobots feature 6-axis capabilities with payload capacities up to 30 kg and speeds reaching 200 degrees per second. The robots are equipped with safety mechanisms that detect contact and reverse movement to prevent accidents. They are designed for applications including electronics assembly, packaging, materials handling, and welding.

The newly introduced 240kW DC Fast EV Charger, developed by Delta India's R&D team, offers dual-vehicle charging with 95% efficiency. The charger includes OCPP compatibility and wired/4G GSM connectivity options for commercial applications and fleet operators.

Delta also presented its Industrial Power-protect Transformer-based UPS (IPT series) at the event. The system features a Zig-zag transformer and advanced PFC converter, with optional IP43 enclosure protection for industrial environments.

Jimmy Yiin, Delta's Executive Vice President of Global Business Operations, highlighted India as a key market for the company. He emphasized Delta's investment in the Krishnagiri facility as part of their commitment to local manufacturing and innovation.

The company's booth at ELECRAMA 2025 showcases solutions across industrial automation, EV charging, building automation, data centers, and energy infrastructure. Delta's presence in India includes four manufacturing facilities, two R&D centers, and fourteen regional offices, supported by over 200 channel partner.

Between 2010 and 2023, Delta's solutions have helped customers save an estimated 45.5 billion kWh of electricity globally, reducing carbon emissions by nearly 23.84 million tons. The company has also constructed 35 green buildings and 2 certified green data centers worldwide from 2006 to 2024.

ELECRAMA is India's largest electrical and electronics exhibition, bringing together manufacturers, utilities, technocrats, policymakers, and power sector professionals.
