Citroën expands retail, service footprint with new facilities in Mumbai's Andheri and Goregaon West
The latest showroom and workshop facilities - La Maison Citroën - Mumbai, are operated by Garnet Motors, in Mumbai’s prime locations of Andheri West and Goregaon West, respectively.
French carmaker Citroën, which is part of Stellantis, has expanded its retail network in India with the inauguration of its latest showroom and workshop facilities - La Maison Citroën - Mumbai, operated by Garnet Motors, in Mumbai’s prime location of Andheri West and Goregaon West, respectively. With the new dealership and workshop facility, Citroën aims to deliver a fulfilling customer experience to its growing customer base in India's financial capital.
The facilities were inaugurated by Aditya Jairaj, Managing Director & CEO, Stellantis India, Shishir Mishra, Brand Director, Citroën India and Karnail Singh Cheema, Dealer Principle, Garnet Motors in Mumbai on April 3. The new Citroën dealership at Andheri West boasts a total area of 2,500 square feet, and will have at total of four cars on display for the customers. Moreover, the workshop facility at Goregaon West is spread over 10,000 square feet in size.
Speaking at the inauguration, Aditya Jairaj, Managing Director & CEO, Stellantis India, said, “The product portfolio at Citroën India is growing and we are committed to provide best-in class services to our expanding customers base. We will continue to further expand our footprint in the country. The inauguration of the new dealership and workshop facility is yet another step towards our goal of Network Expansion in 2024. The dealership and workshop are strategically located in the prime locations in Mumbai.”
The footprint expansion is in line with the carmaker's earlier announcement made in March, wherein Citroën had revealed its ambitious Network Expansion Program (NEP) aiming to establish 200 sales and service touchpoints by the end of CY2024. The initiative underscored the brand's dedication to delivering the Citroën brand experience to a diverse and expanding customer base nationwide.
