Bajaj Auto Limited recorded total sales of 381,040 units in January 2025, a 7% increase from 356,010 units in January 2024, driven by strong export performance despite a decrease in domestic sales. Exports grew 37% to 172,681 units, while domestic sales declined 9% to 208,359 units.
The company's two-wheeler segment reported total sales of 328,413 units, showing a 7% growth over January 2024. Two-wheeler exports increased 37% to 157,114 units, though domestic sales fell 11% to 171,299 units compared to 193,350 units in the previous year.

Two-wheeler sales for the fiscal year grew 8% to 3,367,159 units, while commercial vehicle sales increased by the same percentage to 561,913 units. The export performance remained strong across both segments, with two-wheeler exports up 14% and commercial vehicle exports rising 22%.
Bajaj Auto, established in 1945, has maintained its position as one of India's leading two-wheeler and commercial vehicle manufacturers. The company's export-led growth in January reflects its strong presence in international markets, particularly in emerging economies, despite challenges in domestic sales.
