ALD Automotive and LeasePlan have jointly announced the launch of Ayvens, their new global mobility brand in India, marking a significant milestone in their strategic development plan initiated in September 2023. ALD Automotive India, established in 2005, and LeasePlan India, founded in 1999, now operate under the unified identity of Ayvens India. With a combined fleet of 44,000 vehicles and a presence in over 280 locations across the country, Ayvens emerges as the leading vehicle leasing and fleet management company in India.
Ayvens represents the culmination of a strategic vision to reimagine mobility for the better by leveraging the complementary capabilities and expertise of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan. The new brand embodies a common purpose to deliver mobility that is simpler, smarter, and sustainable, thereby making life flow better for customers across all segments. With aspirations to become the leading global sustainable mobility player, Ayvens aims to lead the way to net zero emissions and drive the digital transformation of the industry.
