UM Motorcycles expands India network to 44 dealerships
The state-of-the-art dealership spread over 2600sq. ft. includes display space, service centre along with the entire range of UM accessories and apparel which will be available at this dealership.
UM Lohia Two Wheelers, the Indian arm of American motorcycle maker UM International, inaugurated its 44th dealership in the country today, with the latest being in Bhopal. The dealership was inaugurated by Rajeev Mishra, CEO, UM Lohia Two Wheelers.
Spread over a total of 2600 square feet, the Bhopal dealership will see UM’s Renegade Commando being retailed at Rs 175,599 (ex-showroom, Bhopal), while the Renegade Commando will cost Rs 181,427 (ex-showroom Bhopal). Along with display space, the dealership will have a service centre along with the entire range of UM accessories and apparel.
Speaking at the launch, Sunil Singh, senior VP, UM Lohia Two Wheelers, said, “The employees at UM Bhopal have been provided with specialised training in management of sales, service, spare parts and customer service, to ensure that customers can enjoy a best-in- class ownership experience.”
According to Mishra, “Our main focus is to align UM Motorcycles’ presence across all strategic locations to generate strong brand presence. Bhopal is one of those key markets.” Elaborating further, Rajat Arora, CEO, UM Bhopal, said, “As representatives of UM Motorcycles, we will ensure customers are pampered with the luxurious UM experience. Our investment in the showroom and workshop has already been rewarded by confirmed orders which we have received prior to the inauguration.”
Meanwhile, UM Motorcycle has decided to pass on GST benefits to customers ahead of the policy implementation from July 1.
