Toyota opens 35th dealership in Maharashtra, expands India network to 363

Toyota Kirloskar Motor has expanded its dealer network in Maharashtra to 35 with the opening of a new unit in Pune. Shaw Toyota, located at ICC Trade Tower, Senapati Bapat Road in Pune, is well equipped with top-notch facilities to cater to 3S (Sales, Service and Spares) requirements of customers.
Inaugurated by Akito Tachibana, managing director, Toyota Kirloskar Motor, along with Sourabh Shaw, dealer principal, Shaw Toyota, the sprawling dealership is spread across 7,277 square feet of showroom space and 87,000 square feet of workshop facility.

In addition to showcasing the entire range of Toyota offerings in India, the new dealership is fully stocked to enable services like express maintenance, body and paint repair and other value added services. Shaw Toyota is backed by a team of well trained professionals and service personnel.

In FY2018, for the first 11 months of the fiscal, TKM has sold a total of 128,106 passenger vehicles (-1.13%), for a market share of 4.29 percent. This comprises 38,355 passenger cars and 89,751 SUVS.
