Tata Motors and Ashok Auto Sales open new 3S facility for CVs in Firozabad

Tata Motors and Ashok Auto Sales today inaugurated a new 3S facility at Firozabad, providing customers with a complete experience of sales, service and spares, all under one roof. The new facility is one of the five facilities operated by Ashok Auto Sales, with the flagship dealership at Agra and three other dealership branches at Aligarh, Mathura and Etawah.

Located off the strategic Kolkata-Kanpur-Delhi highway, the new modern commercial vehicle facility in Firozabad has a vehicle display area along with a fully equipped workshop with 7 bays, staffed by professionally trained technicians, an air-conditioned and Wi-Fi enable customer lounge. It has a capacity to handle about 500 vehicles a month, with amenities like dedicated express service bays, overnight driver and technicians’ rest rooms, environmental friendly water conversation equipment treatment plant (ETP), electronic and bio-metric attendance systems and service parking, making this facility truly world-class.

A senior management team from Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle including Ravindra Pisharody, executive director, Commercial Vehicles, R T Wasan, vice-president (Sales & Marketing), Commercial Vehicles along with Vikram Agrawal, Regional Manager (North), Commercial Vehicles, inaugurated the dealership today, along with Dr Ranjana Bansal, managing director, Ashok Auto Sales.
