Resumes single-shift operations in strict compliance of safety norms issued by Central, state and local authorities.
Skoda Auto Volkswagen India has restarted production at its Pune facility with full compliance to applicable government regulations and directions of local authorities. The company staffers are practicing ‘Start Safe’ protocols. From wearing face masks at all times, maintaining safe distance and using additional PPEs like gloves in production areas, they also maintain safe distances during floor meetings, training, tea and lunch breaks.
Special measures including additional PPEs like gloves are required for areas which may be touched by multiple people and safe distancing is also applied with full PPE in the body shop and also when handling materials.
