Mercedes-Benz India ties up with leading brands for customer loyalty programme

Mercedes-Benz India, the country’s largest luxury automobile brand, has announced the roll-out of its loyalty programme for its customers – ‘Mercedes-Benz Circle Elite’. With this initiative, Mercedes-Benz customers can access an exclusive world of benefits and privileges by simply dialing a hotline number.
The programme has tie-ups with leading lifestyle and luxury brands in the spheres of hospitality, entertainment, travel, sports, healthcare and more. The company states that all 2018 Mercedes-Benz customers get automatically enrolled into the programme at no additional cost and can benefit from their association with Mercedes-Benz, matching their lifestyles and aspirations.
Roland Folger, managing director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India said, “Amidst many firsts, ‘Mercedes-Benz Circle Elite’ is yet another benchmark initiative by Mercedes-Benz India in the luxury car segment. We have crafted this exquisite program for our customers for their enduring relationship with Mercedes-Benz. The idea is to offer them in their daily experiences customised services ranging from gourmet cuisines to golf course and everything in between. The bespoke request encompasses dining, art & culture, shopping, business, golfing and other services."

Mercedes-Benz India states under the programme customers will get access to exclusive services such as – dining; lodging; golf; global travel assistance; medical assistance; retail, luxury and lifestyle benefits; and bespoke requests such as wine and dine, arts and culture among others.
