Mercedes-Benz rolls out its 100,000th made-in-India car

Mercedes-Benz India which began its journey 24 years ago, as the first luxury carmaker to set up manufacturing in the country has rolled out its 100,000 car, an E-Class from the Chakan facility.

Mercedes-Benz India, India’s largest luxury car manufacturer, has rolled out its 100,000th car for the Indian market, an E-Class. The milestone car rolled out from the manufacturing facility at Chakan in the presence of Roland Folger, managing director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India and Piyush Arora, executive director, Operations, Mercedes-Benz India.
