Keeping up with its 15 in ’15 strategy, Mercedes-Benz India has now expanded its dealership network in Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR. The new dealership, spread over 30,000 sq ft, was inaugurated by Eberhard Kern, Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India and Tushar Kumar, Member of the Board of Management, Silver Arrow Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.
Speaking about the new opening, Mr. Eberhard Kern, Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India said, “Ghaziabad is an emerging luxury car market and we have witnessed an increased demand for Mercedes-Benz cars here. It was important for Mercedes-Benz to be strongly present in this market and provide the fascination of the Three Pointed Star to our potential customers and enthusiasts. The customer centric approach is vital to Mercedes-Benz’s growth strategy and this state-of-art dealership in Ghaziabad underlines this perfectly. The dealership is located on Plot No. 64, Site IV, UPSIDC Industrial Area, Sahibabad and Ghaziabad is on the main Ghaziabad highway with close vicinity to up-market hotels and premium residential areas.
Set up within a span of a year, the state-of-art Silver Arrows dealership promises to be Ghaziabad’s luxury car destination. The dealership has a team of 65 trained personnel to ensure sales and after-sales service for its customers.
The facility also features a roof top garden along with a Mercedes Café which adds to the luxury experience for customers. Further, the facility has a dedicated floor for Mercedes-Benz Certified, the pre-owned car division of Mercedes-Benz India. The customers can experience the different Mercedes-Benz pre-owned cars in this dealership. This floor has the capacity to display 5 Mercedes-Benz Certified cars.
