JK Tyre launches new premium Blaze series for two-wheelers
Company targets 75-80 percent of the domestic two-wheeler tyre replacement market demand with all-new Blaze range available in 14 sizes.
JK Tyre & Industries has entered the two-wheeler market with its new Blaze range of tyres. Equipped with built-in hybrid technology, the company says the Blaze tyres, which are available in 14 sizes, have been developed to deliver a premium high performance experience on two wheels. The tyres can be used in both tube-type and tube-less applications.
Some of the Blaze series tyres' highlights include improved maneuverability and high wet traction; enhanced cornering stability and high grip; high fuel efficiency; increased comfort, stady handling and smooth cornering; and less tread rubber shuffling which translates into high tyre mileage.
Speaking about the new range of tyres, Arun Kumar Bajoria, director and president (International Operations), JK Tyre & Industries Ltd, said, “Technology and R&D have been driving forces at JK Tyre, ever since we introduced radial technology in India in 1977. We focus all our efforts at innovation and it is this innovation that inspired us to bring out Blaze."
JK Tyre says the Blaze series tyres have been tested in rigorous ride and handling conditions on race tracks by professional race drivers to determine speed, precision and consistency. The overall design is combined with an asymmetrical tread, which helps in improved control and shuffling frequency in tough on-road conditions.
