JK Tyre & Industries has announced a tie-up with Kia Motors India as a tyre partner for its Seltos midsized SUV. Launched in August 2019, the Seltos has until now sold a total of 127,345 units or 83.29 percent of the Korean carmaker’s total sales of 152,891 units till end-October 2020.

JK Tyre & Industries has announced a tie-up with Kia Motors India as a tyre partner for its Seltos midsized SUV. Launched in August 2019, the Seltos has until now sold a total of 127,345 units or 83.29 percent of the Korean carmaker’s total sales of 152,891 units till end-October 2020.
JK Tyre is providing the Kia Seltos with its UX Royale 215/60 R17 radial tyre. The tyre features a five-rib asymmetric design, variable draft groove technology, stable shoulder tread blocks, waffle groove and aero wing design. The company says the UX Royal 215/60 R17 delivers superior ride comfort with crisp handling and low noise even at all speeds.
Commenting on the partnership, V K Misra, technical director, JK Tyre & Industries said, “We are extremely excited about this partnership with Kia Motors India for their Seltos.
