Euromoney’ magazine has named IndoSpace, one of the largest developer of industrial and logistics real estate in India as the Best Developer of Industrial/Warehouse Real Estate in India for 2020 in their 16th annual real estate awards survey.
The company says the survey recognises leading providers of real estate products and services across the globe. IndoSpace states it is the only developer of industrial and logistics real estate in India across the country to have received the recognition for the sixth year in a row. It also ranked amongst the top three overall developers in India for the second year in a row.
In the same survey, IndoSpace was also awarded as the Best Innovative Green Developer in India for 2020 on the back of its continuous efforts to integrate sustainability and adopt sustainable technology for the reduction of carbon footprint. This award the company says is a testament to IndoSpace’s ‘green’ design thinking, which has resulted its parks being awarded the EDGE certification. Recently, IndoSpace Core also announced the closing of Rs 1,000 crore green loan facility provided by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC). Proceeds from the debut green loan will be used towards the financing or refinancing of certified green projects.
