In around two years, HMSI has doubled its network from 1,400 touch-points in FY’12 to a projected 2,700 touch-points by the end of FY’2013-14.

The popular Activa will be the vehicle for the Service on Wheels programme, which will provide genuine Honda parts and quality service and professional service by trained and skilled technicians.                                                                Speaking at the launch in Dehradun yesterday, Keita Muramatsu, president and CEO, HMSI, said: “With this, we are empowering every two-wheeler customer of Honda – from a professional to even a housewife – to experience Honda’s trusted quality service. This would help us further strengthen the trust of our customer in Honda.”
