Chinese axle company FUWA at Auto Expo

A China-based axle manufacturing company, FUWA, which began supplying its products to India via a local partner company called KKTC in 2005, is taking part at the Auto Expo.

Chinese axle company FUWA at Auto Expo

A China-based axle manufacturing company, FUWA, which began supplying its products to India via a local partner company called KKTC in 2005, is taking part at the Auto Expo. FUWA is the world’s largest trailer axle company and in 2011 sold 800,000 axles to 65 countries around the world. The company claims it has supplied 150,000 axles in the Indian market between 2005 and 2011.

Its Indian partner has set up a country-wide sales and service network as well as mobile 24 by 7 workshops at all major trailer hubs including Ludhiana, Rohtak, Baroda, Navi Mumbai , Namakkal, Vijaywada and Jamshedpur. At the on-going exhibition, FUWA is launching its range of air suspension products and hopes to launch in six months’ time technology for set right bearing technology for its axles which aims at increasing the life of the axle and lowering maintenance costs.

Incidentally, a large number of Chinese companies are taking part at the Auto Expo, part of a 25-strong individual country delegations.
