The Nissan-backed painting beats the previous record of 164.6 square metres.
The painting took more than 61 hours to create, used over 60 litres of luminous acrylic paint on a giant PVC coated canvas.
Ian used the Leaf EV to spread strategically placed pools of glow-in-the-dark paint across the canvas with its tyres.
The finish absorbs UV energy and radiation during daylight hours and glows for 8-10 hours after sundown.
