Hero Cycle's popular brands in India include Hero Sprint, Sprint Pro, Miss India, Octane and Hero Lectro in the e-cycle range. The Insync is popular in the UK and European markets and HNF in the e-cycle range.
India's bicycle market sells 18-20 million units per annum. Hero Cycles is the market leader with 42% \share of the organised sector.
At present, Hero Cycle has a manufacturing capacity of six million units, with almost 90 percent capacity utilisation.
Manufacturing capacity has been expanded by two million units in March 2021, with the Cycle Valley project – Hero Industrial Park going on stream.
