Upcoming production plant at Talegaon Pune
The management board at Marquardt Germany is highly committed to offer advanced technological products and localised solutions to customers in India. The upcoming production plant in Talegaon, Pune, scheduled to commence operations by early 2025, will serve as a state-of-the-art facility for in-house electronics assembly.
The first phase of the production and warehouse area at the Talegaon facility will encompass approximately 25,000 square meters, with plans for future expansions to include in-house molding capabilities within an additional 35,000 square meters of space. This strategic Investment underscores Marquardt India's long-term commitment to enhancing its manufacturing capabilities and meeting the growing demand for sustainable mobility solutions in India.

On-Board Charger (OBC) and DC/DC Converter

This compact charger delivers up to 7.2 kW while occupying less than 5 liters of space, making it ideal for two-wheeled electric vehicles. With an impressive efficiency rate of 94%, which is near the limits of current technology, the OBC offers modular integration to accommodate varying power needs. Meanwhile, Marquardt is also planning a versatile DC/DC converter to meet the growing demands of vehicle electrification and advanced onboard systems.
High voltage sensor
