Electric CV sales jump 76% in September to 861 units, industry set for record 10,000 units in 2024

Demand for electric commercial vehicles continues to grow in India. The 7,923 units sold between January-September are a 149% YoY increase with the share of light goods carriers rising to 59% from 44% a year ago; retails of e-buses at 3,071 units up 108% YoY; Tata Motors leads with overall 61% market share.
