CNG car and SUV sales bounce back, Tata Motors goes ahead of Hyundai

Down by 5.47% in the first half of CY2023, demand for CNG-powered passenger vehicles has bounced back in H2; retail sales of 360,036 units in the first 11 months have gone past CY2022’s 331,111 units. While Maruti Suzuki remains the market leader, Tata Motors with 55,005 units has dethroned Hyundai, which was ahead in the first half of the year.
