Honda introduces OBD-II compliant Livo at Rs 78,500
The 2023 Honda Livo comes powered by the company's 110cc PGM-FI engine and offers integrated engine start-stop switch along with a service due indicator.
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has introduced the OBD-II compliant version of the Honda Livo motorcycle, which comes priced at Rs 78,500, ex-showroom. The company has updated the Livo with new graphics, modern front visor, and revised tail lamps, while also giving it attractive instrumentation, and a bold tank design.
The Livo comes powered by Honda's 110cc, single-cylinder, PGM-FI-equipped air-cooled engine that comes with a silent ACG starter motor, and an offset cylinder that helps in smooth power output. The motorcycle also gets an externally-placed fuel pump for easier access for maintenance, while a solenoid valve acts as an automatic choke to enable easy start at any point of time.
The 2023 Honda Livo gets a long (675mm) seat, and the company has aimed to maximise rider comfort with the five-step adjustable rear suspension. HMSI is offering a 10-year (3-year standard, and 7-year extended) warranty option on the refreshed Livo.
According to Tsutsumu Otani, Managing Director, President & CEO, HMSI, “Today marks a significant milestone as we unveil the OBD-II compliant 2023 Honda Livo. This launch reflects our constant pursuit to elevate the riding experience, offering enhanced peace of mind. We are confident that the new Livo will raise the bar of style, performance and value in its segment.”
“Since its debut in 2015, Livo has been a favorite among aspirational buyers in its category and with the introduction of OBD-II norms, we are elevating its appeal to new heights. Now infused with advanced technology, the 2023 Honda Livo is a perfect blend of style, comfort and performance that meets the expectations of modern-day riders," added Yogesh Mathur, Director, Sales & Marketing, HMSI.
