Zavenir Daubert Launches Advanced Smart Manufacturing Facility in Haryana
The state-of-the-art facility, powered by haptic technology and robotics, aims to drive company revenue to ₹1,000 crores within five years
Zavenir Daubert inaugurated its new manufacturing facility in Binola, Haryana, in the presence of executives from Daubert USA and Nihon Parkerizing, Japan. The ISO-certified facility, spread across two acres, will employ over 100 people and serve both domestic and international markets, focusing on corrosion protection and metalworking fluids.
The facility represents a significant expansion for Zavenir Daubert, which currently generates annual revenue of INR 150 crores. The company has set an ambitious target to reach ₹1,000 crores in revenue over the next five years through this expansion.
At the heart of the new facility is a 10,000-square-foot Technology and Experience Centre, equipped with advanced testing capabilities for corrosion, tribology, microscopy, and chemical analysis. The plant incorporates smart manufacturing principles, utilizing advanced haptic technology and automated systems throughout its operations.
The manufacturing process features Autonomous Mobile Robots for raw material handling, an Automated Storage and Retrieval System, and articulated robotics for dosing, blending, filling, and labeling. These operations are managed through integrated software systems, including Manufacturing Execution System, Warehouse Management System, and Enterprise Resource Planning software.

The facility aims to emphasize environmental sustainability through 100% solar power generation, zero effluent discharge, water conservation systems, and non-polluting power backups. According to the company, this initiative enhances its role in the specialty chemicals industry, with further plans to expand operations in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
