Quantum Energy expands presence in India with new EV showroom in Srikakulam

With the addition of its Srikakulam showroom, Quantum Energy now operates 69 locations nationwide, enhancing accessibility to its range of electric scooters

Quantum Energy, an electric vehicle startup focused on the design and manufacture of electric scooters, has opened a new showroom in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. The inauguration was attended by Shri Kinijarpu Rammohan Naidu, Minister of Civil Aviation in India, along with senior officials and dignitaries from Quantum Energy. Operating under the dealership name HK Agencies, this showroom is intended as a convenient location for customers in the region to explore Quantum Energy’s electric scooter range and experience their features firsthand.

The Srikakulam showroom features a variety of Quantum Energy electric scooters, including the Plasma, Milan, and Bziness models, each tailored to meet different commuting needs in India. 

The Plasma model is equipped with a 1500 W motor, reaching a top speed of 65 km/h, and can travel up to 110 km on a full battery charge, with an offer price of Rs 99,999 ex-showroom in Andhra Pradesh. The Plasma XR variant, also with a 1500 W motor and a 65 km/h top speed, offers a similar range of up to 110 km, priced at Rs 89,000 ex-showroom.

The Milan scooter is powered by a 1000 W motor, reaching a top speed of 60 km/h and providing a range of up to 100 km per charge, with an ex-showroom price of Rs 79,000. The Bziness X model, featuring a 1200 W motor, has a top speed of 60 km/h and a range of up to 110 km, priced at Rs 98,172 ex-showroom.

Chakravarthi Chukkapalli, Managing Director of Quantum Energy Limited, commented on the new opening: "We are pleased to expand our presence in Andhra Pradesh with our Srikakulam store, especially given the increasing interest in electric two-wheelers in the state. We aim to make our electric scooters accessible to a broad customer base as demand for environmentally friendly mobility options grows. Plans are underway to establish additional showrooms in Andhra Pradesh to support this demand."

With the opening of the Srikakulam showroom, the company now operates 69 showrooms nationwide, furthering its goal of promoting greener transportation solutions across the country.
