OPG Mobility Rewards EV Owners with 'Silent Miles' Referral Program
Electric two-wheeler manufacturer launches cashback initiative offering ₹1,000 rewards to both existing Ferrato owners and new buyers, aiming to accelerate sustainable mobility adoption in India.
OPG Mobility, the electric vehicle manufacturer formerly known as Okaya EV, today announced a new customer referral initiative that offers financial incentives to existing Ferrato owners who help bring in new customers.
The program, dubbed "Silent Miles," provides a ₹1,000 cashback reward to current Ferrato electric two-wheeler owners when they successfully refer a new customer. The incentive structure includes matching rewards for both parties, with the new customer also receiving ₹1,000 upon purchase.
"We see this as an opportunity to grow our customer base through word-of-mouth," said Anshul Gupta, Managing Director of OPG Mobility. "Our existing customers understand the benefits of electric mobility firsthand."
The announcement comes weeks after the company unveiled its latest model, the Ferrato 'DEFY 22', at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The new scooter represents the company's continued focus on the Indian market, combining performance features with competitive pricing.
The referral program operates through a digital platform where existing customers can share their unique referral codes via WhatsApp or email. The company has placed no cap on the number of referrals an individual can make, and rewards are credited directly to participants' bank accounts.
To participate in the program, Ferrato owners must be Indian citizens and at least 18 years old. The company reports that cashback payments are processed immediately upon completion of new vehicle purchases through the referral system.
This initiative marks OPG Mobility's latest effort to expand its presence in India's growing electric vehicle market, where manufacturers are competing to capture market share as consumer interest in sustainable transportation continues to rise.
