Greaves Cotton Announces Senior Management Change

Greaves Cotton Limited has announced that Jaganmohan Rao Medisetti has ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel, effective immediately. The company cited changes in its organizational structure as the reason for this development, according to a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges on March 5, 2025.

The announcement comes as a follow-up to the company's earlier intimation dated November 25, 2024. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The notification was signed by Atindra Basu, Group General Counsel & Company Secretary of Greaves Cotton Limited, who holds ICSI Membership No. A32389.
