Assurance Intl Partners with GM to Relaunch ACDelco in India

Assurance Intl Limited has entered into a licensing partnership with General Motors (GM) to reintroduce ACDelco, the American automaker’s aftermarket brand, in India. The collaboration aims to expand the availability of ACDelco products, including lubricants and batteries, through Assurance Intl’s distribution and retail network.  

ACDelco, a globally recognized brand, has been providing automotive solutions since 1916. The relaunch in India is expected to cater to the evolving demands of vehicle owners while maintaining the brand’s focus on quality and reliability. Assurance Intl Limited, known for its experience in the automotive distribution sector, will leverage its network of local distribution hubs and service centers to ensure product availability and after-sales support.  

The ACDelco product range was officially introduced in January 2025 and is now available through Assurance Intl’s distribution channels. The companies aim to strengthen their presence in the Indian aftermarket by ensuring consistent product quality and accessibility.
