Skoda Auto today released a teaser silhouette picture that lends a first look at its upcoming, all-new five-door hatchback. It builds on the emotive design language of the Skoda Vision RS concept study, which recently attracted attention at the Paris Motor Show, into a production vehicle.

Skoda is using the A0 MQB platform for the first time in the new hatchback. This, according to Skoda, “enables the brand’s typical combination of compact exterior dimensions and generous interior space, along with the use of numerous innovative assistance systems. The brand-new Skoda hatchback will make its public debut before the end of 2018.
